Our first session may be an initial telephone conversation free of charge. This is to help you decide if counselling would be beneficial and something you might like to pursue.

Counselling Session Fees

Face-to-face sessions for individuals (per hour)

£70

Face-to-face sessions for couples / families (per hour)

£90

Telephone or online sessions (Skype, Zoom, Facetime) (per half hour)

£40

I offer a £10 per hour discount for block bookings of 5 or more sessions.

I am based in Thame, Oxfordshire my working hours are flexible and include evenings.

I am fully insured and I receive regular clinical supervision.
